Increase customer usage and conversion through:

  • Modernization of the user interface
  • Creating visual consistency
  • Improving the overall user experience
  • Optimize the hotel product’s path and sales funnel, including the landing page, details page, and mapping experience
  • Improve the efficiency of task completion
  • Design a seamless end-to-end experience, from choosing a hotel to checkout

Approach & Activities

As I collaborated with stakeholders to explore new customer conversion opportunities, I conducted a site audit of common UI patterns, which resulted in standardizing all components, modules, and page templates, which I included in a new style guide along with a living “pattern library” for designers and developers. I also focused on evolving legacy products and leveraging others better. This complex project called for a wealth of UX research, best practices, and prototyping:
